Ingredients

  • cup basil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • fillet oil-packed anchovies canned chopped
  • tablespoon capers 
  • tablespoons fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • cup flat parsley 
  •  garlic clove chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion thinly sliced
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound sirloin steak boneless

Directions

  1. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Place steak on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes.
  5. Combine parsley and remaining ingredients in a food processor; process until blended.
  6. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
  7. Serve with sauce.
  8. Grilled garlic bread: Grill 4 slices French bread 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
  9. Brush each slice with 1 teaspoon olive oil; rub with halved garlic clove.
