  • teaspoon honey 
  • inch pork loin chops boneless (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • teaspoon highest available proof grain spirit 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate while cooking steaks.
  2. Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
