  • 12 ounces broccoli slaw 
  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • tablespoons vietnamese fish sauce 
  • tablespoons ginger fresh minced
  •  garlic cloves minced
  •  green onions trimmed thinly sliced
  • stalks lemongrass fresh white minced
  • tablespoons soya sauce divided reduced-sodium
  • teaspoons mirin 
  • tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  •  serrano chile minced
  • tablespoons sherry vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • pounds boned

  1. Heat grill to high (450 to 550).
