Ingredients
- 24 ounce tuna steaks ()
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper black divided
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
- 0.3 cup green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno minced seeded
- 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups plum tomatoes diced ( 6 tomatoes)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt divided

- Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Prepare grill.
- Lightly coat both sides of tuna steaks with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
- Place steaks on grill rack; grill 3 minutes on each side or until fish is medium-rare or desired degree of doneness.
