Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 0.3 cup cooking sherry dry
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  •  turkey legs 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Place turkey drumsticks in a large shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Combine butter and next 8 ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Pour over drumsticks; cover or seal, and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Drain drumsticks, reserving marinade. Wrap each drumstick and 1/4 cup marinade in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  5. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300 to 35
  6. about 1 hour, turning turkey after 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil, reserving marinade. Return drumsticks to grill, and continue cooking 20 to 30 minutes, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
