- Combine 1 tablespoon lemon juice, oil, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl, stirring well.
- Add salad greens, and toss to coat.
- Combine remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice, remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary in a bowl; rub mixture over veal.
- Prepare grill.
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over hot coals (400 to 500).
