  • clove garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • teaspoon penzey's southwest seasoning italian
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup pizza sauce 
  • 0.5 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.5 cup roasted pepper red chopped
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • large zucchini cut into 1/2-inch rounds
