  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 16 ounce kidney beans drained and rinsed canned
  • 15.5 ounce beans red drained and rinsed canned
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes whole undrained coarsely chopped canned
  • tablespoon chili powder (such as Mexene)
  • 0.3 cup hot-brewed coffee hot brewed
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • pound ground turkey breast 
  • 0.8 cup beer light
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2.5 cups onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic; saut 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey; cook 6 minutes, stirring to crumble. Stir in water and next 6 ingredients (water through tomatoes), and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beer and coffee; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
