Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.3 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • teaspoon thyme sprigs fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1.8 cups mint-cilantro chutney spread shopping list warmed
  • 24  frangelico (8 inch)

Directions

  1. Soak skewers in water 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil or cooking parchment paper; lightly spray foil or paper with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except chutney. Shape 1 rounded tablespoon of the turkey mixture around top third of each skewer.
  3. Place skewers in pan with turkey in center of pan and skewers to outside of pan.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center. Just before serving, brush 1/4 cup of the warmed chutney on turkey.
  5. Serve remaining chutney as dipping sauce.
