  • 0.5 teaspoon olive oil extravirgin
  •  garlic cloves halved
  • 24 ounce grouper fillets white
  • 0.3 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 0.3 teaspoon lemon rind fresh grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper; place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Process olives and next 5 ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped, scraping sides of bowl if necessary.
  4. Serve with fish.
