  •  avocado pitted peeled
  • tablespoon butter 
  • servings garlic powder to taste
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • slices pepper jack cheese 
  • tablespoons onion red finely chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • teaspoons penzey's southwest seasoning creole-style
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • small tomatoes diced
