Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin 
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • pound halibut cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.8 cup juice of lime fresh
  •  mangos diced seeded
  • 0.5 cup onion diced white red finely
  • teaspoon salt 
  •  serrano chiles minced seeded
  •  tomatoes diced seeded

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large glass bowl, pressing fish down so that it is submerged in liquid. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally, until fish is opaque in center.
  2. Drain.
