  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • ounces ham cubed cooked
  • cups cornflakes cereal crushed
  •  eggs 
  • 3.5 cups milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder 
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups swiss cheese diced
  • ounce bread white cubed

Directions

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Line the bottom of the dish with half the bread cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with ham, Cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese, and top with remaining bread. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, and onion powder.
  3. Pour evenly over bread. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, blend the crushed cornflakes and melted butter.
  5. Spread evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
