Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter melted
  • cup ham cooked chopped
  • large eggs 
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • cups hash brown potatoes frozen thawed
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Press hash brown potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
