  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup green onions divided thinly sliced
  • ounces 3%-less-sodium ham diced
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded divided

Directions

  1. Pierce potatoes with a fork; arrange in a circle on paper towels in microwave oven. Microwave at high 16 minutes or until done, rearranging potatoes after 8 minutes.

  4. Cut each potato in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4-inch-thick shell.
