  • 0.3 cup ham cubed cooked
  • 0.3 cup cucumber diced
  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoons green onion chopped
  • serving garnish: salsa 
  • serving salt and pepper to taste
