  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon bottled garlic minced
  • ounce crimini mushrooms 
  • tablespoon sherry dry
  • ounces extra wide egg noodles uncooked
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 1.3 teaspoons kosher salt 
  • pound ground beef lean
  • cup less-sodium beef broth fat-free
  • 0.8 cup cream sour reduced-fat
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cup onion

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add beef to pan; cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble.
  5. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms to pan; cook 4 minutes or until most of liquid evaporates, stirring frequently.
  6. Sprinkle with flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute or until slightly thick. Stir in salt and pepper.
  7. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and sherry.
  8. Serve over pasta.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
