Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 12 slices bacon crumbled cooked
  • 16 ounce cream cheese softened
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper white
  • small onion finely chopped
  • ounce pimientos diced drained well
  • teaspoons rubbed sage 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

  • plastic wrap
  • hand mixer

Directions

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until tender; remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, sage, and pepper; blend well. Stir in onion mixture and pimiento. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape mixture into a cheese round.
  5. Roll in crumbled bacon; cut into large wedges and wrap individual wedges in plastic wrap.
  6. Serve with fruit and crackers.
