  • medium bell pepper green cut into 1-inch pieces
  • medium onion cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  • medium tomatoes cut into 1/4-inch wedges

  • serving lemon pepper salt-free

Directions

  2. Place vegetables in single layer in pan. Spray vegetables with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of the salt.
  4. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and lemon-pepper.
