Ingredients

  • tablespoons cornmeal yellow
  • cup canadian bacon diced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.7 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.7 cup onion chopped
  • oz dole pineapple tidbits drained canned
  • 2.3 oz olives ripe drained sliced canned
  • oz pizza cheese shredded
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.8 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup cream sour
  •  eggs 
  • 0.8 cup tomato sauce warmed
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle inside of pie plate with cornmeal; tap to remove excess.
  3. Sprinkle Canadian bacon in bottom of pie plate.
  4. In 6-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  6. Spread over Canadian bacon. Top with pineapple, olives and cheese blend.
  7. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, pepper, milk, sour cream and eggs with whisk or fork until blended.
  8. Pour over mixture in pie plate.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Cut into wedges. Top each serving with pizza sauce.
