Ingredients

  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • 1.3 cups couscous uncooked
  • 16 ounce less-sodium chicken broth fat-free canned
  • teaspoon rosemary fresh chopped
  • teaspoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • ounce hazelnuts 
  • teaspoon oregano fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stirring once. Turn nuts out onto a towel.
  4. Roll up towel, and rub off skins. Chop nuts, and set aside.
  5. Bring chicken broth and the next 6 ingredients (broth through garlic) to a boil in a medium saucepan, and gradually stir in the couscous.
  6. Remove from heat; cover couscous and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork. Stir in the hazelnuts.
