  • small head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • ounce neufchâtel cheese softened
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • 16 ounce salsa 
  • cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 16 ounce cup heavy whipping cream light sour
  • ounce taco seasoning 
  • large tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in a bowl.
  2. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter.
  3. Mix sour cream and Neufchatel cheese in a bowl.
  4. Spread over refried beans. Top layers with salsa.
  5. Place a layer of tomato, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions, and lettuce over salsa.
  6. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
  7. Garnish with black olives.
