  • cups croutons fat-free crushed
  • 0.5 cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • 30 oz hash browns shredded frozen thawed
  • 16 oz cream sour reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped (1 medium)
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded 2% reduced-fat
  • tablespoons butter 68% melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, melted vegetable oil spread, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in potatoes, onion and cheese.
  3. Spread evenly in baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed croutons and paprika.
  5. Bake uncovered 55 to 60 minutes or until top is golden brown and mixture is bubbly.
