This exquisite recipe not only caters to vegetarians but is also gluten-free, making it a fantastic choice for diverse dietary preferences. The magic begins with tender hearts of romaine, which are quartered to create beautiful, eye-catching pieces that are perfect for showcasing our luscious dressing. As if that wasn't enough, a hint of hot pepper sauce brings just the right amount of heat to awaken your taste buds.

To add a delightful crunch, we incorporate toasted pecans, which not only provide a satisfyingly crisp texture but also a nuttiness that harmonizes beautifully with the cheese and dressing. Each bite is a delightful combination of creamy, savory, and crunchy, making it a dish that your guests will remember.
