- 1 pound ground beef
- 0.3 teaspoon penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
- 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1.5 cups mafalda corkscrew-shaped uncooked

- Cook beef with garlic in skillet until browned.
- Pour off fat.
