  • cube beef bouillon cubes 
  •  carrots coarsely chopped
  • stalks celery chopped
  • 10.8 ounce cream of mushroom soup canned
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  •  onion chopped
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 1.5 cups water 
  • 11 ounce kernel corn whole drained canned

Directions

  1. Mix together the ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic salt, and pepper. Form meatballs using a tablespoon measure.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs in oil.
  3. Transfer meatballs to a paper towel to drain.
  4. In a soup pot, dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling water. Stir in the undiluted mushroom soup.
  5. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and corn.
  6. Add the meatballs to the soup, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
