  • rib celery stalks thinly sliced
  • servings celery leaves fresh
  • teaspoon basil dried

  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • medium onion diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  •  potatoes peeled cut into 1/2-inch cubes (2 1/2 pounds)

Directions
