  • 0.5 cup orange juice 
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • medium jicama cut into 1/4-inch slices
  •  cranberry-orange relish peeled sliced
  •  kiwi fruit peeled sliced
  • cups the salad 
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried

Directions

  1. To make dressing, in small bowl, mix orange juice, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
  2. Cut jicama into star shapes using small star-shaped cookie cutter. In large serving bowl, place jicama stars, oranges and kiwifruit.
  3. Add salad greens and dressing; toss to mix.
  4. Sprinkle with cranberries.
