  • oz goat cheese crumbled soft
  • pounds heirloom tomatoes assorted cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • servings lemon-herb dressing with basil, divided
  • cup lady peas fresh
  • servings salt and pepper freshly ground to taste

Directions
