  • 10  basil leaves fresh thinly sliced
  • pounds heirloom tomatoes cored ripe cut into 1/2-in. pieces
  • tsp kosher salt 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
