Ingredients

  • teaspoon pepper black freshly ground plus more for garnish
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery salt 
  • teaspoons optional: dill minced
  • large garlic minced (large)
  • 20 servings ice cubes 
  • 0.5 cup olives 
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest finely grated
  •  pepper minced
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar 
  • ribs olive green for garnish
  •  serrano chiles minced seeded
  • tablespoon all the tabasco sauce you handle 
  • 3.5 cups sacremento tomato juice 
  • 1.3 cups vodka 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

    Directions

    1. In a pitcher, combine all of the ingredients except the ice cubes and garnishes and stir well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
    2. Serve the cocktails in ice-filled Collins glasses, garnished with celery ribs, green olives and black pepper.
