Directions
Preheat your oven to 350ºF and grease or line 12 muffin cups.
Combine the eggs, hemp milk, honey and vanilla in a medium sized bowl.In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and gently combine, mixing just until incorporated. A few remaining lumps are okay, just don’t overmix!Scoop the muffin batter into greased or lined muffin pans.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.Pop the muffins out and allow them to cool.
