  • tablespoon thyme leaves fresh finely chopped
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  •  shallots minced

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  2. Transfer butter to center of a piece of plastic wrap; shape into 1 1/2-inch-thick log. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
