  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • tablespoons juice of 1 mandarin (cut crosswise then tablespoon into jar over a strainer) 
  • 10 servings vegetables fresh assorted
