If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal that’s perfect for any occasion, look no further than these Herb & Lemon Pork Chops. This recipe is a wonderful combination of bold flavors and succulent meat, making it an excellent choice for lunch, dinner, or even a special gathering with friends and family. Not only is it gluten-free and dairy-free, but it also boasts a simple yet flavorful marinade that will elevate your pork chops to a whole new level.

The star of this dish is the marination — a delightful blend of crushed garlic, fresh flat-leaf parsley, aromatic fennel seeds, and zesty lemon juice and zest creates a mouthwatering infusion that seeps into every bite of the pork chops. Allowing the meat to soak in these flavors, even for just an hour, ensures a juicy and flavorful outcome that will have your taste buds dancing with joy.

Cooking the chops over a barbecue, frying pan, or griddle pan gives them a gorgeous sear while keeping the inside tender and flavorful. Don't forget to add the lemon quarters in the last minute of cooking for a delightful charred citrus punch that complements the richness of the pork beautifully. Serve your herb & lemon pork chops with your favorite sides, and watch as everyone devours this hearty and satisfying dish. Get ready to impress your loved ones with this easy, yet impressive meal that perfectly balances flavors and textures!

Ingredients

  •  pork loin chops

  • 0.5 tsp fennel seeds roughly chopped
  •  lemon zest quartered
  • tbsp olive oil
  •  bay leaves

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Sit the chops in a dish.
