Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons pepper black divided freshly ground
  • ounce cheese blue cut into 6 slices
  • teaspoons kosher salt divided
  • teaspoons herbs de provence 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 30 ounces chicken breast halves boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Place chicken in large resealable plasticbag.
  2. Whisk vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil,1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt, and 1 teaspoonpepper in small bowl.
  3. Add to chicken; sealbag. Chill 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  5. Brush grill rack generously with oil. Arrangechicken on grill.
  6. Sprinkle with herbes deProvence, 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, and 1/2teaspoon pepper. Grill chicken until cookedthrough, about 6 minutes per side.
