  • 1.5 teaspoons pepper black divided freshly ground
  • ounce wedge cheese blue cut into 6 slices
  • teaspoons coarse kosher salt divided
  • teaspoons herbs de provence 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 30 ounces chicken breast halves boneless skinless
