Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms fresh sliced
  • clove garlic minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound pasta uncooked
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1 inch pieces
  • cups tomatoes chopped
  • teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in about 4 quarts of boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  4. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic; saute 2 minutes.
  5. Add chicken, salt, basil, and pepper; saute 5 minutes, or until chicken is done.
  6. Add chopped tomato, and saute an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve chicken herb sauce over pasta.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
