  • tablespoon flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  • cup lower-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup shallots finely chopped
