If you’re looking to elevate your Passover table with a delightful and unique addition, look no further than these Herbed Passover Rolls! Perfectly fluffy and beautifully golden-brown, these rolls not only capture the essence of springtime flavors but also adhere to a dairy-free diet, making them suitable for everyone at your gathering.

The combination of fresh chives and thyme adds a delightful herbal note that transforms the classic matzo meal base into something extraordinary. With a simple blend of canola oil, eggs, and wholesome ingredients, these rolls are both easy to prepare and impressively delicious. They are an ideal accompaniment to any meal or can stand on their own as a delightful snack.

Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup canola oil
  • large eggs
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped

  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • cups matzo meal
  • tablespoon sugar
  • 1.3 cups water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37

  7. Bake at 375 for 55 minutes or until browned and crisp. Cool on a wire rack.
