  • teaspoon thyme leaves dried
  • cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • 16 ounce center-cut loin pork chops boneless ( 3/)
  • cups shiitake mushroom caps sliced
  • 1.5 teaspoons steak seasoning (such as McCormick Grill Mates)
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms; saut 3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Remove mushrooms from pan.

  5. Add pork to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
