Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • cup basil fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves crushed
  • cups cut green beans (2-inch) ()
  • 0.5 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2.5 pounds potatoes red quartered
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups tomatoes diced seeded
  • 0.3 cup citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook 10 minutes.
  2. Add beans, and cook 6 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Combine basil and next 7 ingredients (basil through garlic) in a large bowl.
  5. Add potato mixture; toss well.
  6. Add tomato, and toss gently. Cover and chill.
