  • 0.3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon oregano dried
  • tablespoon shallots minced

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small dish; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Prepare grill or broiler.
  2. Place fish on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until fish is done.
  3. Serve with Black Bean Confetti Relish.
