  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons optional: dill fresh coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon parsley fresh coarsely chopped
  •  garlic clove 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain low-fat
  • 1.5 teaspoons mint leaves coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 2.5 cups onion red thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon sugar
