Hibiscus flowers, known as jamaica in Mexican and Caribbean markets, are the star of this recipe. They are not only visually appealing but also packed with vitamin C, making this punch a healthy option for hydration. The process of steeping the dried hibiscus flowers in water creates a rich, flavorful base that is both tart and sweet, thanks to the addition of superfine sugar. This delightful combination is perfect for sipping on a warm day or serving at a festive gathering.

In just 45 minutes, you can whip up a batch that serves 12 people, making it a fantastic choice for parties or family get-togethers. Serve it over ice in small cocktail glasses, and feel free to garnish with fresh hibiscus flowers or citrus slices for an extra touch of elegance. Whether you’re hosting a summer barbecue or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home, this Hibiscus Punch is sure to become a favorite!
