  • tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • large eggs 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green finely chopped
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • pound ground beef lean
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup quick-cooking oats 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup apricot fruit spread (such as Smucker's Simply Fruit)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into 32 balls.
  3. Place meatballs on a foil-lined broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.
  5. Meanwhile, combine apricot fruit spread and next 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well.
  6. Place over medium- high heat, and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from heat; add meatballs, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve immediately.
