Holiday Fiesta Spread

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup avocados chopped
• 2 Tbsp olives black sliced
• 1 cup four cheese shredded mexican style divided kraft finely
• 0.8 cup knudsen cream sour
• 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
• 1 Tbsp pasilla peppers red chopped
• 28 servings ritz snowflake crackers 
• 1.3 oz taco bellâ® taco seasoning mix 
• 2  wheat snack crackers thin

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and seasoning mix; spread into Christmas tree shape on 10-inch plate. Top with sour cream to within 1/4 inch of edges.
2. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese around edges. Refrigerate 1 hour.
3. Remove cheese spread from refrigerator about 15 min. before serving. Decorate with avocados, olives and peppers to resemble garland, lights and ornaments.
4. Place crackers at bottom of tree for the trunk.
5. Serve with the RITZ Crackers.
