Ingredients

  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.8 cup green onions sliced
  • 31.5 ounce low-salt chicken broth canned
  • tablespoon butter 
  • ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 0.3 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 12 ounce rice blend wild (such as Uncle Ben's)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
