Ingredients

  • ounce tuna drained canned
  • 0.3 cup celery chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon celery salt 
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • teaspoon juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon lemon pepper 
  • cup curd cottage cheese low-fat
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover completely with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Remove from hot water, and cool. Peel, and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, flake tuna.
  4. Add cottage cheese, eggs, celery, green onions, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, celery salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise; mix well. Chill.
