Ingredients

  • 29 oz tomatoes diced with garlic and olive oil, undrained canned
  • lb cauliflower frozen (or other combination)
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • ounces canned tomatoes canned
  • cups water 
  • 2.3 cups frangelico 
  • 2.3 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. In 4-quart ovenproof Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetables.
  2. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
  3. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto beef mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and stew is bubbly.
